The best way of defeating Evil is to turn away from it. Think of God, our Father in heaven, and pray... the more the better. Ask him to guide you and help you to walk towards His light of righteousness and love, and to turn away from darkness and hatred of Evil.
Today, let us bring Him into our heart, and take a pledge that we will try hard to keep ourselves good and righteous by being away from sin.
